I recently completed the Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I ran this race as a part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training. This is a great program and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants encouragement and support to train for a race, run, or bike event.
